Covimed Solar uses the latest generation LiFeP04 lithium batteries, capable of storing up to 3 times more than lead-acid batteries of the same size.
LiFeP04 lithium batteries offer great durability and can even be discharged up to 90% without damage. They also have a smart management system (BMS) to improve efficiency and protect against extreme weather conditions.
The streetlight incorporates a thermal insulator to protect against extreme temperatures.
Having control over the streetlights, being able to change their schedule and power, or knowing the performance of the solar panel and the battery is an easy task through the COVIMED APP.
